Development of an innovative robotic vending machine for frozen desserts, including products manufactured using the cryogenic method RPMP.01.02.01-12-0371/19.

Project Objective:
Conducting research, development, and pre-implementation activities leading to the creation of a globally innovative product — a robotic vending machine for the automated sale of frozen desserts (including those produced using cryogenic methods). This solution redefines the vending machine market through unique technical functionalities and a new model of customer interaction.
Key functionalities:
- Product storage module maintaining temperatures below −45°C with frost prevention technology
- Interactive vision system with customer identification and sales metadata processing
- Innovative diagnostic algorithms for predictive machine failure detection
- Advanced cloud-based management system for remote sales monitoring and service operations control
- High-performance and reliable robotic dispensing module (dispensing time ≤ 15 s)
