Have you designed your electronics but don’t have a manufacturing partner?

We work with companies that have electronics designed in-house or by an external R&D team and need a manufacturing partner capable of scaling from prototypes to series production without compromising quality. They come to us when their existing subcontractor cannot scale with increasing volumes, when an automated SMT/THT line is needed instead of manual assembly, or when production documentation and batch traceability become requirements of the end customer or an audit. The decision is usually made by the CEO or CTO of a technology company, the Head of Product responsible for bringing the product to market, or an Operations Director looking for a reliable supplier for a long-term manufacturing contract.

Production Stages

BOM and DFM Analysis

We review the PCB design for manufacturability — checking the completeness of the bill of materials (BOM), availability of alternative components, and risks associated with automated assembly. We provide a clear list of required improvements before the first component is ordered.

Component Procurement

We source components from verified distributors, taking lead times and End-of-Life risks for critical components into account. For larger production runs, we secure a component buffer to ensure that production downtime does not depend on a single supplier.

SMT Assembly

An automated SMT line mounts surface-mount components with a level of repeatability that manual assembly cannot provide — essential for production runs of hundreds or thousands of units. Soldering profiles are individually optimized for each PCB.

THT Assembly

Where the design requires through-hole components — connectors, power components, or mechanical elements — we assemble them manually or use a selective soldering line, depending on production volume. The quality of this stage directly affects the mechanical durability of the device.

Quality Control

Every PCB undergoes AOI inspection and electrical testing (ICT/functional) before shipment — defects are identified before final assembly, not afterward. The results are included in the production report with full batch traceability.

Pricing

You get a concrete figure and a realistic timeline, not "from–to" ranges. The estimate shows the breakdown into stages so you can see what you are paying for and when you can decide to continue or exit the project.

Implementation

We work in short iterations with regular checkpoints — you see progress in real time instead of waiting weeks for the first result. Every checkpoint is an opportunity to adjust course before an error turns into cost.

Delivery

We finish with a formal sign-off and full technical documentation — schematics, source code, production specifications. Everything is handed over to you, regardless of whether we deploy the product ourselves or hand it over to your team.

For a defined technical scope, we can enter the project as a subcontractor — without taking over the entire product.
